“An awesome experience!”
Reviewed 12 February 2016 for a stay in December 2015

What a wonderful place to kick off our tour of the UK. The house was a bit of unexpected luxury with stunning views. Firstly, the location is directly overlooking the boat club and Estuary, with the beach block away. Linda found she was taking pictures of the changing scenery daily. A peaceful start to our UK experience.

A traditional Christmas and the street celebrations and fireworks at New Years Eve livened things up, and trips to Dartmoor and surrounds made for pleasant diversion.

I still can't believe that a caravan at the holiday park is around the same price - this property offers a lot more than that for the money. Decor, library and kitchen were great. Everything is there that we needed.

The people here in Exmouth are very friendly and relaxed. It's a very English part of England, and close enough to the city of Exeter to offer easy access to culture and the arts. We particularly enjoyed 'A Christmas Carol' at the Exeter Barbican at Christmas time. Really helped set the tone for the trip.

Thank you for an excellent experience and great hospitality!

“ideal situation and generally comfortable and well equipped.”

Quite a quirky property both in terms of its layout on three floors and its décor (some amazing light shades!) The location is excellent although parking is limited and as we had two cars we spent quite a bit on car-parking. The house is light and spacious with lovely views. The kitchen is well equipped but could do with a bit of TLC to make sure everything works - we couldn't get the washer/dryer to dry our swim things and there is not clothes line or anywhere to hang clothes inside so this was a bit of a problem. We had a great family holiday and I would rent this house again.

“Great location for everything Exmouth has to offer”

We had an excellent stay in the house over a week in February. Our party consisted of 5 adults and one dog. We didn't need to use the cars all week as everywhere was easily reached on foot. The walks around the Marina and along the promenade were very easy and we had wonderful weather which made the stay even more special. I was not anticipating sitting on the beach reading my kindle in February! The house was well equipped and the only concern we had was it was very crowded in the lounge when another family member joined us for one night. All the beds were very comfortable and the views across the estuary amazing. A very happy time had by everyone, thank you.

the whole family loved the house and fantastic location. The stunning views from the living room meant that there was an ever changing scene out of the windows and fabulous sunsets. The house was beautifully clean and well equipped. There is so much to do in the area we could have stayed another week and will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for a lovely week

“Very nice place”
Reviewed 28 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

It is easy to reache the beach as well as the centre of Exmouth. The house is comfortableand well equiped. The only thing my Kids missed was a WLAN, but that gave us the opportunity to enjoy Devon more.
