We really enjoyed our SUP experience with Ronan. We started in the safety of the harbour to get a feel for the board before heading out to sea. Paddled to the beach and then back to the far side of the harbour. Would definitely recommend this experience and would book again.

My family had a great time. Instructions were thorough and helped a few first times. Felt safe at all times - Even when jumping from a rocky ledge into the Atlantic.
Mullaghmore is beautiful. It has a nice beach, too. The restored castle in the background added to the experience. Highly recommend, especially if you stop to see the Fairy Bridges that are only 15 to 20 minutes away.

I brought my 12 year old nephew and 14 year old niece here on a sunny Saturday afternoon. We had a fantastic time with Ronan. We were shown what to do and well supervised at all times. The kids were a lot better than I! Really good value and a perfect way to see beautiful Mullaghmore

Fantastic way to spend 2 hours, our instructor was Ronan. We was really friendly and patient. So much fun my 2 kids aged 8 & 10 loved it, asked could we go back the next day. Looking forward to my next visit.

My boyfriend and I did Supping for two hours with a family of teenagers and it was great fun. The water was amazing, so clear. Emmett and his fellow instructor were really nice.
