Third time staying at this hotel (part of annual group of golfers/friends get-together). We had a group of 45, and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. The rooms are large and very clean, and our room had a partial view of the Tennessee River (which the hotel borders). There is a large courtyard with a firepit that offers a vast view of the River, and proved to be a popular hangout spot for our group both nights. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Lookouts baseball park and also several restaurants. The only reason I didn't give the hotel five stars is that their bar wasn't very well stocked an no longer offers appetizers (apparently they are doing away with the bar I was told), but the hotel was fine with our group bringing in our own alcohol for use in the courtyard. They do have a free breakfast buffet with the typical offerings (ie eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, ect). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely plan on going back and would recommend this place to anybody wanting to experience Chattanooga.

Room Tip: If possible, ask for a room that has a view of the River. Some rooms have balconies that face the river.

I was completely surprised with this hotel and equally satisfied. Great rates. The room was spotless and the layout maximizes room for a large living room and nice spacious bathroom. The customer service was very nice and the breakfast was above par. The special perks of this hotel are that for the price and size they still have a small indoor pool and Jacuzzi. A large back patio overlooks the river with fireplace and they had a local band come play. It appears they are building an addition that will be a bar/restaurant that will most definitely be a bonus. 10/10 will be back. It was a $5 dollar Uber ride to everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Walking distance to the Lookouts stadium if you are lucky enough to be in town for a home game like we were.

The only hotel in Chattanooga thats right on the river. My suite is clean and modern.
Great housekeeping staff. Healthy choices at breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Nice pool and jacuzzi.
Super close to anything and everything down town. If you want, you can actually walk to downtown restaurants and attractions. No more than 17 minutes from attractions not in downtown area.
No full service restaurant as of yet on site but their building it now.
Would definitely stay here again.

I visited this property over the Easter holiday and was MOST pleased with my visit. To begin, I arrived early, on probably one of the busiest holidays of the calendar year, and (naturally) my room was not, yet, ready. No problem...Allison and Joseph (attendants on duty Friday, March 30, 2018 @ 1pm) found another room for me, without the customary "...check-in isn''t until blah, blah, blah." They were very friendly and accommodating, and were both instrumental in making my stay a memorable and pleasant one. Great job guys and I'll be back! Oh...the property is centrally located to EVERYTHING! Great room (gotta get one with a balcony), and a great view of the Tennessee river...

Room Tip: I enjoyed the room with the balcony and a view of the Tennessee River.

We stayed here off and on for a little over a year for business trips. Family with 2 kids. Clean hotel with nice lobby and outside patio with fire pit area. Beautiful view of the river. Rooms are large with big closet as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great to give recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. They became like family to us and talked to the kids. The staff even signed a Birthday card and gave it to my husband when they found out we were there over his birthday! Great breakfast included with hot and cold options daily. Indoor pool with hot tub. Access right outside the hotel to the river walk path (sidewalk to take you along the river). Bike rentals also available outside the hotel. Within walking distance to a small playground and the Aquarium. You can also walk to several restaurants and Cold Stone Creamery (our favorite).
You can’t go wrong with this hotel for your Chattanooga stay!
