We stayed here for one night just so we didn't have to travel back 3hrs to get home from shopping for a new camper as a last minute decisions. Staff was very friendly and got us in a room in no time. We went up to our room and what was suppose to be two queen beds looked much smaller then usual. My husband and I have a queen at home and have plenty of room. This queen bed we were shoulder to shoulder. So I got no sleep. We got up the next morning for complementary breakfast and it was a lot different then other places. No eggs, bacon, sausage, or cut up fruit. They served cereal, toast, hard donuts, waffles you had to make (daughter said they were ok), fruit basket, and a few other things. We were not impressed. We ate a little but then went out a got breakfast somewhere else as we left for home.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry that your stay was not all that you expected it to be. For future stays, we advertise our free continental breakfast as we do not have the kitchen capacity for a hot breakfast and we advertise rooms with 2 double beds. We also offer rooms with king beds for those sharing for your comfort. We sure hope this one stay will not deter you from staying with us in the future because we would love to welcome you back. The hotel is beautiful. Loved the size of the room and the fact we could bring our dog. The cleanliness was so good, you could not tell pets were allowed. the staff was quick to take care of the few problems we had. Would stay again.

We respect the right for people to travel with pets but this hotel has the entire first floor and some of the second floor designated for pet rooms. We will not return to this hotel. The staff was very friendly and we did not complain but she did offer the explanation for the many pets.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review with us. I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. As a brand, all La Quinta hotels are pet friendly. We are also one of the only brands that allow pets with no additional fees and therefore are the place to come when families with pets have no where else to go. We try to keep all pets on designated floors so those who have pet allergies and do not want to be near pets can be put on higher floors and I hate that this need was not met for you. Our first floor and some second floor rooms are specifically designed for pets. My staff is very good at offering to move rooms or calling pet owners to make sure our other guests are satisfied. Again, I apologize that your stay was not what you expected it to be but please know we appreciate your business with us. Thank you for your feedback and safe travels!

Grounds were immaculate. Lobby also very well maintained and clean. Area to walk dog well kept. No visible waste. Pool area very well kept. Washing machine area also clean and well maintained. No problems getting clean towels when requested. Front desk staff slightly abrupt during day. To us and to an arriving family member for pick up. However, reservation and bill were exact and the value of cost was excellent.

Hotel walls are paper thin. You can hear neighboring guests conversations as if they are standing in your room. When traveling with pets this causes major concern as we try incredibly hard to keep them from barking and disturbing other guests. Would not stay here again due to major lack of privacy! The sheets on the bed were also very worn, pilling and scratchy. You could tell there had been recent upgrades to the property so not sure why the linens were so old.
