This motel was a bit out of my way but I chose based on good reviews (in this price range) and the fact that the proprietor responds to the reviews as this indicates a proprietor is truly concerned about customer service and satisfaction. I was not disappointed; even more pleased in person. The grounds were well landscaped and maintained, the room was super clean. No frills but all the basics :) This was just an overnight stay for me and my 2 fur babies and it was perfect for us. The bed was not too hard, not too soft, just right! We all had a great night's sleep. I like this old style motel/hotel where you park your car right at the door, so convenient! The room included a small refrigerator, microwave and TV but I did not make use of them. It is a very quiet area which I also appreciated. If you don't care about all the 'expensive comforts', then I highly recommend.
