Food was great...hot and good. Spaghetti and meatballs, veal parm, chicken parm, pizza and Italian casserole were all very good. Service was awesome. Aldena was a great server. Recommend it highly.

I love coming to this restaurant on Matthews Drive on Hilton Head Island , South Carolina. The menu is varied and the pizza is absolutely delicious and so many styles to choose from! The lunch menu is also a delight. You can dine inside as they take great precautions with the coivd virus prevention. The servers - especially Daniel- makes you feel so at home and so comfortable and treated marveously. Takeout is available and outdoor dining when the weather is warm. A true "old school" comfortable restaurant with all the modern conveniences and styles. Do visit and say hi to Daniel when you do.

Meal was wonderful. Hubby had veal, I had alfredo and added chicken. Daniel is a great, attentive waiter. Lemon cake was so amazing we ordered another piece to take home.

Very good Italian food. Salads are always fresh, and food and service are outstanding. Not a fancy decor, but a place you will want to revisit. Garlic bread was fantastic.

We loved our entire experience at Bella Italian. We were seated by a friendly hostess and immediately given phenomenal service by Daniel. The entire staff was wearing masks and the seating was spread out to put our minds at ease about covid. It was my wife and two kids. We ordered the Martino special pizza, Italian meatball and sausage casserole and spaghetti and meatballs for our entrees. We also shared a Caesar, a Greek and a Caprese salads. Everything (salad dressing, pasta, meatballs, sausage) is homemade in the back by the same family for 17 years. It was undoubtedly our favorite meal of 2020. I wish we had this kind of place in our hometown.
