Horrible "Quality" !
Neither the room or sheets were clean.
Bed obviously slept in & only made up as opposed to sheets changed.
Once I changed the sheets they still stunk like washed w/o soap.
Surfaces were dirty.
Such an annoyance to have to get new sheets, clean and make the bed prior to going to sleep after a long work day.
There were upgrades but what's the point if not clean.
Was the management's fault too because despite upgrades, nasty crap was allowed to remain like rusty lamp and disgusting microwave.
The internet was terrible as well.
Told management but they were only mildly apologetic.
