First room had a bug on the bathroom. We were switched to a new room. We woke up to a mysterious liquid on the table. We didn't have any cups, bottles, or drinks in the room. There's no evidence that it came from the ceiling. It is very weird! Went to get breakfast in hotel dining area and were disappointed to see the stale bread and room temp breakfast sandwiches.

Upon arrival as we walk in the door a roach is waiting to greet us. The floors were nasty, the commode (lid, seat and around the bottom were nasty with visible trash and what not scattered. I called every hotel in the area and everyone was completely booked. With 4 kiddos and 11:45 our only other option was to sleep in the suburban! My oldest went to shower(with flip flops still on because of the mess) and shower nozzle is broken. “Warm” water only and it only worked for the bathtub! I contacted the front desk and after telling them all the the above, he said ok so what’s the problem??!!!! I said are you kidding me and got so frustrated that I just hung up! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! I never even read reviews so to post one must means this place is very very nasty!!!!
I loved the stay staff was great rooms were comfy, parking lot was well lite. beds and pillows were so comfortable...... i loved jennifer front desk clerk, she was so helpful , and polite. management was great. very very clean i would stay again
I had a great stay, staff was very friendly, rooms was clean and beds was comfy. i was very pleased with everything. this will be the place where i will stay when i;m back in town. easy check in and check out.
We'll I haven't stayed in this hotel in many many years, this is the first time in at least ten years. I was so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful renovations that have been done here. It's nice, modern, and clean design mashed me feel kind I'm in a bigger city in a trendy hotel. I also booked my room online which was easy to do and convient but I made my reservation for the 23rd of Nov instead of the 24th of October. Well I couldn't get the online website in the phone but the gentleman in the office here fixed my problem with no problem. The customer service here is outstanding! The front desk clerk was so helpful and friendly he made my stressed out self calm down and be able to enjoy my visit.
