Wife and I stay in Willow Grove area 4-5 times per year visiting our kids/grandkids. This was our first at Courtyard. We stayed 8 nights. Suites decent sized and quiet (we were on 3rd floor). As other reviewers have noted the rooms are dated and, in particular, the bathrooms are tiny with no exhaust fans so following showers the room became very steamy and humid.

The biggest issue was going out to the car at final departure we realized that a thief has cut off and stolen the catalytic converter from the rental car. A security issue as the car was parked 10 feet away from a ground floor unit.

Depending upon my insurance, this stay could cost an additional $500-$800.

Had a great weekend stay at this clean hotel. It was nice having a balcony to be able to sit out on. The room was clean and a very good size. The hotel was very quiet and we heard no noise that disturbed us. The front desk lady was very nice and quickly checked us in when we first arrived and explained to us where our room was located. The parking lot was well lit and seemed very safe. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Willow Grove.

Hotel has been here for a long time and is clearly dated. Rooms are dark gray in color and needs cleaned well and updated. Checkin folks are super nice. Beds are comfortable, Bathrooms dated and dirty. No microwave. No tea. There is a coffee make with generic coffee. Starbucks in the lobby at certain hours. No USB or charging ports of any kind in the room (which gives one an idea of how dated the hotel is.) Plenty of parking. There are many, newer and nicer hotels in the area and next time, I'll stay in one of those.
