Nice hotel , convenient I think, no idea where we actually were! But close enough to where we needed to be.
Definitely clean and maintained.
Best part ... Everyone is Super Nice. No offense, but Surprisingly nice !!
Christina and Rushane at the front desk were so nice and helpful, and the restaurant team for breakfast was really great too.
Convenient parking too. No complaints.
We just stayed here for one night while visiting the Philly area for a quick business trip in early April. Overall our stay was amazing from start to end!
When we checked in, we got the warmest welcome from Christina at the front desk. She gave us two really amazing rooms up on the 17th floor. One of them to our surprise was a corner king. (Room 1704) The other room was a 2 double facing towards the front of the hotel. (Room 1706)
Both the rooms overall were immaculate and had no funky smells or odors, alongside any part of the hotel. Everything was spotless! The beds were definitely on the firmer side, however they were comfortable!
The staff overall couldn’t have been any friendlier, I was highly impressed by the customer service here!! This has become my favorite place to stay in the King of Prussia/Philly area.
We can’t wait to return again sometime in the near future!
This is a fabulous hotel and the staff is awesome, from Marlana who handled my check-in seamlessly, to Rushane and Crystal, who also assisted me at the front desk and Steve in Housekeeping who helped when I thought I left something in the room after I checked out. We also go wonderful service in the restaurant and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
I always stay here when I travel to Conshy for business and the hotel is just lovely. But today I engaged with an employee Seasia (in the Legends restaurant) and she was just wonderful. Her positive attitude and charisma just shined through and she made me feel like a VIP from the moment I stepped through the door. She was just such a breath of fresh air and made a normal every day business breakfast kind of fun. She was a doll and just a wonderful representation of the Marriott brand. Marriott you hold on to her - that girl is going places and a wonderful asset to your company!!!
I have to say, I had the most amazing experience with Fabrice and Marlanea. They had huge smiles at the front desk and were so pleasant after long long day with delayed flights. And the added bonus, they found me a corner room. The best views! Thank you guys!
