Talha, Shana’ and Christina do an amazing job in Ben g friendly and having a positive attitude which makes them excel in their customer service. Talha literally greets me by name - he takes pride in his job and it shows.
The facilities are also great. I use the gym frequently and there is availability when I go.
The property is perfectly located for my travel and the accommodations meet the Marriott standard. What stands out this visit was a person. After a hectic travel schedule,I arrived a check-in exhausted and juggling several bags. I dropped a credit card and wouldn’t have realized it. A Good Samaritan found it and turned it into Marlenea who made sure it was returned to me immediately. I realize losing my card could have gone badly. It boosted my faith in the goodness of people. Thank you Marlenea!
Consistently great service at this property! Staff is amazing! Shana Tahla went above and beyond by lending me her personal laptop charger when I had an important video meeting and a low battery, during my most recent visit! Why I love Marriott!
Shana & Talha were exceptional and went above and beyond on my stay. From getting in early and accommodated my early check-in, to giving me great insight on around the town eating and activities. They saw my birthday was on day to check out and surprised me with a card which meant alot.
First, I would like to say that most of the staff in the hotel were amazing. In Legends, Bradley, Se'Asia, and William were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were so happy to be there, and they talked with us as if they had known us their whole lives. After speaking with Bradley about tequila and being in town for a family event, he even had an amenity sent to our room before we returned to the hotel. It was a delightful surprise to return to snacks and Gatorade for our kids. Our experience in Legend's put our stay over the top.
Also, the front desk staff were excellent as well. Jazlyn, Marlana, and Rushane could not have been more welcoming. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to speak with us.
Our room was a bit subpar, seems like the maintenance man has been off for a while....Very visible caulk lines in the shower, the grout needed to be cleaned, toilet seat was a bit yellow, etc.
Overall, stay for the welcoming staff, but hopefully the rooms can be spruced up a bit.
