Shaná and Sharif provided great service during checkin/check out! We appreciate the willingness to make sure everything was great and that we were accommodated! We had a great stay, they both deserve a raise! We hope to stay at the Marriott again in the near future!
I came in for a birthday event and the service was amazing. The following staff was extremely pleasant. Edwin, Shand, Sharif and Se'Asia. I was greeted with their personal appearance, pleasant attitudes, friendly smile, and excellent professionalism from the moment I entered into this location. I plan to recommend this location to my friends and family.
Amazing staff, great hospitality. Will definitely visit again. Location is convenient to get into the town, nice local restaurants with variety of food. King of Prussia mall is close by for shopping buffs. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend.
Nothing was too much for Sharif, Shana and the team at Marriott Philly West. From arranging space for conference calls, never ending coffee, directions, local information and just anything you might need when spending time in an unfamiliar city. And always a whole lot of smiling and good chat.
The hotel is really well placed, close to the rail station, and it's easy to get onto local highways.
The room was surprisingly spacious, with everything you need for a business stay. And it was clean. I appreciated my towels not being taken every day- that can feel so wasteful. But that's not to say they wouldn't have been laundered had I asked.
Great breakfasts too! Super quick, super tasty. And again, always a smile and warm welcome.

I stayed at Marriott on business in February. What really made the stay were the exceptional staff. Sharif, Shana' and everyone at Front Desk showed us all phenomenal hospitality, and the hosts at Legends always brought the energy even first thing in the morning.
