For the area and price, great hotel. No breakfast. Very quiet at night even though we were near the elevator. The desk attendant on orientation did not know all of the pricing rules but fortunately the manager was nearby, overheard our conversation, and really helped us out and saved us money.

Stayed here while touring colleges in the area. Comfy beds & pillows. Nice outdoor sitting area with propane fire pit. Nice staff. Clean & maintained. They only provide free coffee in morning but Starbucks Bistro in lobby to buy breakfast. Target next door. Recommend Minella's Diner down the street for food.

Great hotel that is reasonably priced in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I stayed there for a short trip and am glad I did. Beds are very typical for a Courtyard-soft and a bit lumpy. Pillows are ok but also a bit too soft for me. Lobby is traditional Courtyard---bar was closed when I was there. Wifi worked well. Drugstore and others stores within walking distance. About 35 minutes from the airport. Overall good choice if you need to be in this area.

Really great front desk staff. Patrick and Veronica were swamped when we arrived but were so professional, polite, and efficient that we just had to comment here. Also - room was spacious and clean. The facility itself is well maintained and comfortable.

Stayed here while in the area to watch SDSU play Villanova in football. Really liked this hotels location. They let us check in well before the time. Felt very clean and comfortable. Safe area with plenty of places to eat. Close to Villanova campus and King of Prussia mall. Downtown area a couple miles away is neat as well. I like this area and would stay here again.
