This hotel is not what it used to be three years ago. The staff are doing their best to be courteous and professional but Marriott has this location on life support. It’s an odd layout with one elevator as far from the front desk and checkin as possible. I’ve never seen an arrangement like it before.
The decor is dated as others have mentioned. Housekeeping is nonexistent. Our room had no soap, lotion or shampoo at the sink. I wanted to pay for enhanced wifi but gave up after 45 minutes of trying to log into it. Even the front desk was puzzled by the problem.
The location is close to dining and shopping but requires a car. The cafe and bar are open with limited hours. The pool is closed and the fitness center is tiny.
