This hotel is an excellent choice for cleanliness, amenities, and convenience. The staff are very friendly and efficient. They offered us a “to go breakfast” when a winter storm required us to leave during the night before our scheduled departure.
The hotel was quiet and clean and very close to multiple restaurants and attractions. It is easy to access roads to take you into the city or anywhere regionally or interstate.
Our beds were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spotless. I like their environmental care and opted to forego daily maid service to save resources.
The fitness center is small but has stair climber, bike, treadmills, and weights. It is very clean.
Breakfast the first morning was delicious- I had avocado toast, and my boyfriend had eggs, toast, and sausage. The dinner is good if you just want to stay in. My children wanted to stay here forever!
We had room 180- courtyard view, right next to the pool.

Room Tip:Room 180 is next to the pool and facing the beautiful courtyard

Very well run hotel. Customer is always treated like family. If there is an issue they take care of it immediately. Jessie Brelo, Jessica Dawson MacKenzie front desk, Ryan Williams, and Tom Johnson. The best

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard the evening of 9-28 in room #159 for a college reunion. When we turned out the lights to go to sleep a humming sound was coming through the wall that was so annoying that even putting in ear plugs and pillows over our heads could not block out the constant grating sound. Thought about checking out but just put up with a horrible nights sleep. The sound seemed to be emanating from a room adjacent to #159 that was behind a locked door, maybe having some kind of hotel power controls. The hotel was adequate and would have served the purpose if not the unbearable humming noise.
Room tip: Do not stay in room #159!!!

Staff is very friendly. Housekeepers are excellent. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Starbucks folks are good too. Unfortunately, Starbucks opens at 630 which was too late for us. But, hotel staff fetched coffee for us.

Travel a lot. See breakfast in many hotels. This one was different from the atmosphere. Basically the same venue, but the staff - Carly, Sharon, Brandon and Anita made the place feel like a family breakfast. Ask Anita about Italy...she had great info for our upcoming trip...thank you!!!!

I stayed at this property for a work trip - it was the best Marriott option near the office. This property is probably near a renovation cycle. The room was in good condition, though obviously dated. Same decor as hundreds of other Courtyard properties I have stayed at - nothing making it stand out against the backdrop. My one complaint about this property is that the elevator is very inconveniently located. It is a couple of wings away from the lobby. Also the coffee made in the Bistro was quite good.

Dear LGMPLS,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. I apologize that you found the elevator inconvenient to your room. If your travels bring you back to Wayne please let us know and we would be able to arrange a room for you close to the lobby where you would not need to use the elevator. We are not the newest hotel in the market as you described our rooms as dated but we our happy that you found them clean and in good condition. Glad to hear that you enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in our Bistro! Thank you for staying with us and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future.
