This hotel was perfectly acceptable place to stay. It was clean and staff were friendly enough.

However, we had our entire hockey program booked at this hotel and they neglected to mention the following:

The restaurant was closed on Friday night due to a wedding.

All common areas were off limits on Friday and Saturday due to wedding and other events.

Militant policy towards kids and guests with kids.

Loud drunk wedding guests were not told to be quiet at midnight, but kids were treated like criminals at 8pm

I understand hockey teams can be a problem, but the extreme nature of the rules for hockey kids that were not applied to other guests was unfortunate. In addition none of this was disclosed until a few days before the tournament so alternatives could not be arranged.

Finally, I booked a room for a family of four with two queen beds. Was given room with a kind and a full fold out couch. Once again it was not disclosed at all.

I doubt I will return to this hotel.

This was a truly beautiful and wonderful place. I highly recommend !
First I love the layout of the hotel. The beautiful lobby and lounging areas were so nice and comfortable. Really nice bar area and small little dining area. The morning breakfast was really good, I recommend getting a personal omelette or pancakes made. Our first night there which was a Saturday they had a happy hour & half with complimentary food and drinks. This is a great place to stay. We were there for a family wedding at this hotel made this stay great.

Brenda and Maria were extremely welcoming and kind through out our stay. We were with a very large group (wedding) and everyone in our group agreed the entire staff rocked!! Clean and spacious suites. Nice breakfast. Very nice location. Enjoyed!
