I stayed during Christmas week to visit my son and his wife. The hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was spotless. A couple of recommendations is if you are staying during a rain storm don’t stay on the top floor end unit. We heard the rain draining thru the gutters. Not a big deal. Also in the breakfast area emptying the garbage cans more often would be nice. This will be my go to hotel when visiting in the future
This hotel definitely falls amongst the adequate category. The bed was a little hard and the parking was practically nonexistent due to many storage containers that were there. Also, we had a two room suite and the person staying in the one bedroom had to come into the other bedroom to use the bathroom. It was just laid out a little strangely. It was clean and relatively comfortable, though.
Clean quiet spacious room. I stayed here one night for a wedding (Warrington) and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It’s a nice, newer property. Comfy bed. Clean room.
It’s important to know there’s no bar or restaurant.
I also had to request my water bottles (Hilton Gold)… they didn’t provide them automatically.
If in the area, I’d definitely stay here again.
The 2 bedroom suite was immaculate and the beds comfy. I was disappointed in the breakfast...This may seem petty but I hate eating off paper dishes with plastic utensils, hate not having salt and pepper shakers and using paper coffee cups and only flavored coffee mate or half and half for my coffee, I wanted plain old milk. Also, Belgian waffles are a fun bonus at these hotels and I was looking forward to waffles for breakfast (the makers are pictured on their own website) but alas, no waffles for us, I guess they don't have them anymore, since there were no waffle irons. I would have liked to have water with breakfast, or chocolate milk or regular milk for the kids, but there was none. Little things like that irk me, and made me a little disappointed in the breakfast experience. Especially since the room was in excess of $500 for the night. Good location, everything else was satisfactory or better. I hope they step up the breakfast service.

We appreciate you taking the time to respond regarding your stay. In regard to your breakfast comments, we do offer milk at the hotel: 2% and whole milk, they are located next to the cold bar items with the yogurt. We do also offer waffles at breakfast; they are located near the toaster - we no longer use waffle irons, but they are toaster safe. We do also offer complimentary water bottles from the suite shop or there is a water fountain in the lobby, if guests choose to use that.
I stay at this hotel 2 nights once a month and I really like it. The hotel isn’t within walking distance of restaurants, etc., but it is newer, clean and quiet. I feel safe leaving the hotel to walk to my car at any hour of the night. There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores within a 3 mile range. The hotel has a better than average free breakfast offering. The hotel gym includes dumbbells (5 lb - 50lb), adjustable bench, 3 treadmills, elliptical machine and 2 stationary bikes. The gym is solid for a hotel gym but my only complaint is that gym opens at 6 am. They have an indoor pool but I’ve never used it.
