Work related traveling around the southern section of New Jersey and Pennsylvania working on 5G for Verizon it’s likely I will be back but would be nice if there was a microwave in the rooms, I’ll try requesting one.
The staff is very polite, tentative to your needs & very family oriented. The wife & I stayed here when she was receiving chemo treatments at CTCA. This is a home away from home for me now. I recommend staying here when you're in Philadelphia.
This place is literally disgusting. Stayed here for a conference and I packed up and went home a night early. I had trash and dirty sheets out front of the second Room I had for 12+ hours that I had to
Step over to get to my room (first room had a disgustingly dirty tub so I asked for a new room). Toilet was running the whole night and the icing on the cake and what made me leave was when i saw how stained and gross my mattress pad was!! The fact that this place is even open for business is a disgrace. Was supposed to stay two nights, me and the rest of my group checked out a night early as we were all literally disgusted and couldn’t wait to get home. Carpet is stained all over the hotel. Someone needs to look into this place and shut it down!! You’re better off sleeping in your car in the parking lot.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your visit. I apologize that you felt the condition of the hotel was less than expected. The good news is the hotel has started its renovations and recently completed the ballroom, meeting rooms and lobby restrooms. We are preparing to start the next phase this Fall which will include the remainder of the Hallways, Guest rooms and lobby area. I have also spoken to our Housekeeping department with regards to items being left on the floor outside your room and how that should never happen. Thank you for letting us know.
Big Thank You to Aubrey at the front desk as well as Victoria and Vazlyn. My check in my very smooth and they all helped my family w our needs. Aubrey made sure my children had everything they needed. Great seeing Andrew the G.M. Very nice gentleman that has welcomed my family over the past couple years. Room was clean and the pool was clean and warm and the outdoor pool was refreshing. Hessian at the Bistro is very nice and the breakfast is delicious ! We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. Thank You to the front of the house to the back of the house. Happy Day ! See you again.
