I had some difficulties checking in but Diamonique was patience with me and she helped me out a lot. To make sure everything was okay with me to check in. She went out of her way when she didn't have to but she was able to help me out. And that meant a lot to me.
Kameeka was very helpful with helping me to find the right room for me and my family very clean hotel. It always smell good when I walk to the hotel. The rooms are large a lot space for my family also pet friendly. I highly recommend you stay here.

I stayed here for several days while I was having some work done at my house - I work from home and needed a quiet place to work. Issues I experienced: (1) No kitchen supplies (utensils, plates, pans) in the room - you have to ask for them (crazy!); (2) When I asked for kitchen supplies, I was told they had none available - how crazy is it to not provide kitchen items and ALSO not have any available!!; (3) An EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable bed; (4) Thin walls - TV from next door blared all night; (5) Inconsistencies with pet policy - website said pet friendly and did not mention a fee but when I got there I was charged an extra $25/day for my pet.
Bottom line: I do not recommend this place and will not stay here ever again..

I have had to stay here in the past and again this time the staff and room were both top notch . Ifaye and Kamica along with their housekeeping makes my stay pleasant for the price. If you have kids or pets this place is the place because it smells amazing too! 5star!
The best customer service man named Rashid so pleasant and Helpful!, helped me w/ everything, and showed me how to get the best prices on diff websites. I suggest coming here for long visits, I would recommend asking for him for any and all advice
