The front desk woman was very nasty and unprofessional Didnt wanna do her job. She had a sign up stating she would “be right back” with the lights off.
She comes out with an attitude and very impolite. No customer service, and dressed unprofessionally.
She told us continuously to cancel our booking and that we would be unable to be checked in when our reservation were on her screen.
She then proceeded to tell us that we’d have to pay an additional fee to stay at the hotel the night we booked.

This hotel has never given us issues before. Prior to this experience I had no issues here besides the toiletries the person at the front desk once told us to receive clean ones we’d have to bring down the dirty to exchange. I’ve never been to a hotel that required the guest to do such.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and wants were fulfilled. I needed more towels and I received more than enough. I will make it my business to stay here again.

For the love of all that is holy, stay away. Got in late (midnight) and went right to bed. Woke up and saw filthy soap scum my glass shower doors, ring in the toilet, hair in the shower, and wet goo with hair in it on the floor. Told front desk. She said general manager is in at 10am and will call us. Never got a call.
