I am a frequent traveler and stay exclusively with Hilton per my company program. This is not a great Hilton but just average. The furniture in the rooms aren't comfortable and seem a little dated. The complimentary breakfast is not great nor really good. I tried it the first day and left most of the food in the serving dishes. I never stopped back. My real issue is the housekeeping. While the room was clean enough, I don't understand why hotels don't replace towels daily. I had a mulitple day stay and had to request fresh towels when I left in the morning one day. When I returned I never got the towels so another call to the front desk and then I got them. But I had a pile of dirty towels in my bathroom for my entire stay. This is not a Hilton policy as a lot of the Hiltons I stay at change out the towels daily.

I am a frequent traveler with Hilton Honors. I wonder if this hotel implements their Hilton Clean Stay Program. My room was disappointedly dirty. There was hair in the bathroom, towels, and the kitchen floors were sticky.
I think their housekeepers did not know what to do or they did not want to clean up messes in the hallways. A dog urinated in the hallways while the housekeepers watched. I guess they were placing FanDuel bets on how much the dog could pee? They did not end up cleaning the area because I smelled it when I came back from Target.
Breakfast was horrible.. no waffle maker. The lady at check in told me that there would be one the next morning. It wasn’t there.
I decided to check out early and stay at a competing hotel. Stay away guys. The GM Erik Crawferd never contacted me about my experience .

We have spoken with our housekeeping department as well as our housekeeping supervisor and no one on our staff has any recollection of a dog urinating on a hallway carpet. Additionally, our waffle maker has been out at breakfast every day, we confirmed this with our food and beverage supervisor. We also spoke with each member of our front desk team and they do not recall speaking with someone about a waffle maker. We would like to discuss this further with you to obtain more details from you so we can further investigate these situations. I arrived at the hotel to seeing an employee watching my family and I. I thought nothing of it, the next night I took my dog out about 9:30pm, come down from 4th floor, don’t see him going outside but but when I come back in the hotel he was standing in the door of the mens room watching me get on the elevator. I then said something about him at the front desk, they said he probably likes my dog, well my wife walks my dog as well. This same employee has proceeded to watch me and my family leave and arrive the hotel almost each day and night since we have been here. I will never come back.

The shower curtain in the bathroom has a few stains on it. Hospitality should discard and replace.
I found used tissue on the side of the nightstand.
