First, let me say the staff were super friendly and helpful. no complaint there and I wish they had more to work with. But this place is an absolute dump— it is so tired, dirty, beaten up and in need of a major refresh. Carpets are stained/dirty, elevator flooring is peeling and coming up, room carpeting is dingy/dirty, all the couches are stained. We had to vacate one room because the smell of vomit was overwhelming. Just gross. Good location but Hilton needs to invest in this property or stop listing it. For over $200/night per room, it is a rip off.

This place makes Motel 6 look luxurious. Run down and dirty. My daughter’s room smelled like vomit. Mold in shower, peeling wallpaper, furniture with excessive wear and tear. Rugs dirty and stained with various substances in rooms and hallways- looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a LONG TIME. Just all around shabby and beat up inside and out (portico entrance ceiling is crumbling apart). This hotel is long overdue for an update. Gave one star for convenient location and nice desk staff but I wouldn’t stay here again and we tell others to avoid it.

Visited this hotel for a conference close to home. Lunch was provided. As I have a gluten allergy, I asked if any of the available food was gluten-free. The server went to ask the chef, and returned with warmed gluten-free bread, a dish of fruit, and information on what items on the buffet style table were gluten-free. No issues with what I ate. Very much appreciated this assistance! Thank you, Chef at the Doubletree!
