This was the worst experience I've ever had with the Hilton Brand. After my next booked trip, I will no longer go to Hilton Properties again.

This property was disgusting and dirty. Everything was dusty; the pillows were stained a nasty yellow, and the sheets did not smell clean. The room was outdated. There were a lot of repairs needed with the room. The front desk staff was dressed like trash and unprofessional.

The pool chlorine was very, very strong. It burned my family's eyes and throat. It was very, very hot in the pool room.

Was looking forward to staying at ES by Hilton, was dropped off after a long flight and walked in to a smell of Canabus and advised the reception was on the 25th floor. Only 1 of the 8 lifts worked and it took 20 mins to get to the reception desk. Didn't feel safe and I spoke to the receptionist to advise the same who said she'd check if I could be transferred to another hotel. She did call back and said I could cancel at no fee. I went down the next morning and the new receptionist was bordering on rude. I've cancelled my stay and moving to a Non Hilton hotel. The room was spacious although the AC was noise and hot water pressure was a trickle out of the tap. On a positive point the breakfast was good. Shame

We spent two nights staying here on our vacation in Pittsburgh. We picked the location because it was downtown, which is probably a mistake. The area where the hotel is isn’t very convenient, and kind of run down. If we were to do it again we would stay closer to one of the rivers.

The hotels layout is a bit confusing and the check in process needed a little more staff.

The rooms themselves had nice views, were clean, and were relatively roomy. The main issue with the room is the television, which was powered by the internet, was extremely laggy. It was next to impossible to watch anything on TV.

Any requests to the front desk were handled with ease and speed, and the valet service was excellent.
