This is the second Springhill we've stayed at this month that was not good.
We weren't given our usual perks for being high level Bonvoy members. We had to ask for water and our room was next to the elevator and ice machine.
The heater was on in our room when we arrived. In July. In Pittsburgh.
There was no facial tissue or bar soap.
The lighting in the whole room was horrible. I couldn't even see to put on make up. I was told "they're working on it".
The sheets were old and worn.
Breakfast was ok, but one of the employees running it was over the top. She was loud and talking all the time to everyone. I like to eat in quiet. This wasn't quiet.
They have to be surviving because they are close to the ballpark. It's certainly not because of the quality of the hotel.
