Amazing! Great amenities, super friendly/helpful staff, and an overall wonderful experience. Having a full kitchen was a big perk since we were there for a Bodybuilding competition, and the housekeeping was still very friendly even after washing our tan-laden sheets every night. (It washes out, but still!) The free breakfast is one of the best you'll have, and Linda (who is a fabulous member of their staff) made us feel right at home by supplying us with a map, activites, and menus of nearby restaurants. I'll note that, while you will likely want to opt for valet parking ($18/day) since there is no parking on-site, the valet is fast and friendly. Definitely well worth the money and saves the headache of parking in a new city! Overall, this was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Felt more like home than a hotel!

This Hotel was nice. I was in town for a wedding and it fit my needs. However, the only parking option was valet for $18/per day. For $200 a night parking should be free. Also a little noisy thru the walls.

Dear C1888AHjeffc,

Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your time at our hotel, and we are sorry that you felt that our parking was too expensive. Parking in downtown Pittsburgh is in short supply, and options are limited. We regularly review our pricing to make sure we are in line with other hotels in our area. Thank you again for being our guest and we look forward to your next stay with us.

First time staying at a Hyatt with our family of 4, wasn't sure what to expect for the price. Also, Comparing it to the casino type hotels in Vegas and Buffalo that we frequent - even though it is not a casino.

Found the King suite set up a bit strange with the main closet in the washroom. Overall, it seems to be condo development converted to a hotel - full kitchen was an amazing benefit. You could bring your own food or left overs (Cheesecake Factory and a Bavarian beerhause right outside) to cook or reheat (utensils in cupboards). Personally not a fan of valet service but parking was all valet with unl. in/out access. At least a '4-star' by my experience; cleanliness, courteous staff, services - the pool was small but decent.

The '5th' star was the included Breakfast. It was large breakfast buffet on par with some of the 4-star all-inclusive vacation sites. Quite surprising actually probably because the expectation was a continental style breakfast - shout-out to Linda for her attention and service from the kitchen staff.

It was a pretty good stay and now wondering if all Hyatt's are similar. We will check out the other sites but will return here. Definitely a place for Y'inz to check out when in south Pitts.
