Perfect place to hang out before a Pens game!

We went there to eat and have a couple drinks before a Penguins game. It was very busy, but we didn't have to wait long for anything, and the staff was super friendly! Great location, great food, great service!

Lisa and Ron are the best ! While I was sad they made my day! My brother was in hospital with a broken neck and these two were amazing! I was so miserable until they helped me relax!!!! I have been here for a week. Thank you for making a terrible time as enjoyable as it can be.

My room was a large corner suite with all the amenities and a beautiful view of the city. Tim at the front desk was excellent, super friendly and professional. He gave me clear directions to Duquesne University, where I was speaking at a conference, and helped guide me to a tour of the campus.

Room tip: Don’t plan on eating at the hotel, whose bar area is only open intermittently. Complimentary “breakfast” is sparse.

The employees (espcially Tim) treated us very well and the room was in great condition and very comfortable, alot of parking space available and plenty of space to rest and have a good time with family

The shower had mold on the floor and on the ceiling.
Not good.
Bed OK.
Close to PPG Arena, so if you are going for game or concert good.
Expensive considering room not clean.
Good view of the parking lot.

Please know that had our team been made aware of your concerns, we would have made every effort to resolve these issues or provide accommodations that better met your needs. Poor service at all encounters. Front desk did not expaluan how complicated parking gate is. 2 steps that takes 5 min to complete. Took1.5 hours yesterday to get breakfast. Not enough staff or food at dinning bar. Front desk on
Suite room not prepared for 2 people to stay 10/13-14-15-16 . Front desk argumentative about no internet provided to guests.
Only thing going for this hotel (they tripled normal night price due to PPA concert.) it is located next to arena. Don’t expect any thing else w/o very long waits if concert or sports event happening. Will not return.
