The employees (espcially Tim) treated us very well and the room was in great condition and very comfortable, alot of parking space available and plenty of space to rest and have a good time with family

The shower had mold on the floor and on the ceiling.
Not good.
Bed OK.
Close to PPG Arena, so if you are going for game or concert good.
Expensive considering room not clean.
Good view of the parking lot.

Poor service at all encounters. Front desk did not expaluan how complicated parking gate is. 2 steps that takes 5 min to complete. Took1.5 hours yesterday to get breakfast. Not enough staff or food at dinning bar. Front desk on
Suite room not prepared for 2 people to stay 10/13-14-15-16 . Front desk argumentative about no internet provided to guests.
Only thing going for this hotel (they tripled normal night price due to PPA concert.) it is located next to arena. Don’t expect any thing else w/o very long waits if concert or sports event happening. Will not return.

The room we were given is just flat out dirty. The carpet has stains all of them. The bathroom floor was sticky to walk on. The shower has black and brown residue on the walls and shower head that I was able to wipe off to some level. Wall paper on the walls by the bed and shower are peeling away. Wi-Fi in the room never worked but was able to access it from the lobby.

Shower was dirty, mildewed, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Dirty carpet. Dirty bathroom floor. The bed linens and towels were clean. No Wi-Fi until last evening. Then it was a Cambria Guest Wi-Fi which was limited. We never received Wi-Fi service to enter the password given to us. The front desk personnel said ‘they were working on it and couldn’t we use our cell phone data?’. :(. Went to eating area in lobby before Eagles concert. Sat 20 min, no one waited on us. Maybe not enough staff. We just left. The highlight was walking short distance of 5min to PPG Arena.

Room tip: Room 502 faced front of hotel

The hotel is at great location, great rooms with a great view right next to the PPG Paints Arena, but for this price we expect the rooms to be made every day.
No room service doesn't fit compared to less expensive hotels where this is always done without a question!
Due to this we cannot recommend this hotel.
