Your hotel is fantastic. Great location to everything; very, very clean; the bathrooms are fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. Your hotel surpassed all of my expectations. Great restaurant and bar area. The Starbucks on the first floor is awesome. The check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check out was a breeze.

Great place to stay. Staff very accommodating. Rooms modern and clean. Area around hotel seems to be in transition but felt perfectly safe walking around during the day. Here for hockey game . 15 minute walk. Perfect for baseball and football.

Beautiful hotel and room! The cleanliness of the room could have been improved upon, however. There were crumbs on the floor by the bed, grease on the bathroom door handle and some marked areas on furniture. We would stay again, however! The hotel staff were amazing!

Good stay with wonderful and attentive front desk personnel, was marred only by a couple of maintenance issues in our room and an unfortunate false alarm fire evacuation causing a 18-floor stairwell walk-down we felt for days afterward. Obviously, this was not the hotel's fault. Otherwise, this is an excellent property, ideally located for our purposes (visiting Heinz Hall) and we would certainly return.

Well located for Cultural District, Acrisure and PNC. Area seemed safe at night. Easy walk to Market Square. Parking is convenient and reasonably priced.
Restaurant was serviceable, not much variety for dinner, but excellent service. Common areas were well lit and clean.
