Terrible room, over priced

I was shocked at the condition of the room. The drapes were dirty and stained. The bathroom wallpaper was stained, the shower had mold and mildew in it. I let the front desk know immediately, they sent housekeeping but there was nothing that they could do. We were never offered another room which makes me wonder if all of the rooms are in the same condition. I was expecting so so much more for the $800 that they charged!

Pros: Loved Le Labo products in the bathroom. Walking distance to everything. Good views. Got a free upgrade and had a clean room with separate living space and two full bathrooms and a walk in closet. Starbucks on premises. Good service from cleaning staff Tyra.
Can be improved: While Valet parking was prompt, I missed my first turn because they don't have a roundabout for cars (you have to stop right smack on Market Street.) Carpets are stained and a bit dated.

Just spent 5 nights and the hotel rooms are in need of an update and refresh. They put a black plastic wrap under the mattress/around the bed frame that was ripped and looked not fitting of a "luxury" hotel. Bathrooms and wall paper are dated. The biggest issue is that there is a staffing shortage at the hotel - we had trouble getting our room serviced one day after calling several times. There was no available valet to help with our luggage upon our departure - the woman at the Front Desk said that she was the only one working. With that said, the staff were pleasant and the restaurant/bar is good. The hotel is not luxury and hopefully they can try to resolve staffing issues and invest some money into updating the property.

Jonathon was very rude and unprofessional. Every time I went to the front desk for assistance I waited over 10 minutes for someone to greet me. When I called with a question I would say thank you at the end of conversation and they would just hang up. Not 5 star service for sure. The room was extremely dusty so much so I had to take allergy medicine. I waited over an hour for an ice bucket to be brought to me. The manager Nikki was very nice and apologized for the issues I had but offered nothing to make my stay better. The ONLY nice thing about this place was my view of the city. At best this should be a 3 star hotel. Do not go expecting the experience you get at other 5 star hotels. You will be treated like a burden.

Room tip: Do not waste your money. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Right in downtown, near restaurants and Caffè, has an excellent restaurant in house , moderate prices. Everything looks new, the whole stay was perfect, nice people in the help desk, they always check on you. Very clean, we will stay here again
And they have starbucks in house!

We stayed for a game at PNC park. It was just a few minutes walk over the bridge plus our room had a lovely view of the ball park. There werelLots of great restaurants and stores nearby and the area felt very safe. Very clean and updated room. A great stay!
