Jonathon was very rude and unprofessional. Every time I went to the front desk for assistance I waited over 10 minutes for someone to greet me. When I called with a question I would say thank you at the end of conversation and they would just hang up. Not 5 star service for sure. The room was extremely dusty so much so I had to take allergy medicine. I waited over an hour for an ice bucket to be brought to me. The manager Nikki was very nice and apologized for the issues I had but offered nothing to make my stay better. The ONLY nice thing about this place was my view of the city. At best this should be a 3 star hotel. Do not go expecting the experience you get at other 5 star hotels. You will be treated like a burden.
