Felt super clean and comfy! Central a/c, not a window box. Sheets were low threadcount like other chains. Free parking. Free breakfast but it was closed by 9:45am. Fox News playing on the tv in the lobby. Safe for our van, we parked against a barrier. Cleanest-seeming chain hotel of the tour so far!
The hospitality of the entire staff was magnificent! I had brought my 2 sons to experience the Burgh, and they were duly impressed. The Hotel, and staff made me a proud Dad, and Pittsburgher. My Sons made it a point to mention the totally amazing hospitality they received from every Drury Straff member they encountered. Well done, I say!
Always try and stay at Drury Inns when on a road trip. This was our first stop and typical of all our stays at Drury. Friendly, efficient staff, from check-in to 'Kick-back' crew. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Nice dip in the indoor pool and whirlpool after a long day on the road. Spacious, very quiet room on the top floor. Definitely recommend - have already booked our room here for the return trip home.
The staff were awesome, the hotel and the room were clean and up to date. The beds were a little firm but not too bad. The room was nice and quiet as well. Their drinks/snack nights as well as breakfast were great. Its nicely located close enough to everything with plenty to do right around the hotel as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Pittsburgh area, this will be our go-to hotel in the ‘burgh in the future.
After a long day it was so nice to have a clean comfortable bed and shower. The shuttle was needed due to us flying in and they were on time and extremely helpful. We asked for a late check out and that was granted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
