We stopped here for one night on the way from NJ to Chicago.
What you see is what you get- very big clean rooms and great service by whoever we met in the hotel.
I'll say that this is an airport hotel, and if you arrive like we did, in the evening, there are no dinner options available. In addition, breakfast doesn't have healthy options.
Besides that this is a great place for a one night stop and has a great value for money. I would stay here again if I would do this road trip.
I was picked up promptly at the airport by John. He was kind and helpful and really enjoys his job. A real people person. The check in process was handled by Amanda who again was personable and professional. My room was up to date and very clean. I loved the shower and all the provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash were fill and worked great. The best part was the blackout curtains were so good I did not even know it was after 9:30 when I woke up! No light anywhere around the windows. For those of us who need a dark room it was wonderful. Housekeeping checked first morning to see if i needed anything… her name was Leia, but i have NEVER had that happen before. I can’t wait to see how rest of my stay is!
Stayed here for the Steelers opening season game and I must say this has been one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Love the nightly "Kickback" daily! Very highly recommended. This will always be my first choice when in the area!!!
We are always happy with our stays at a Drury Inn. They have clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. They serve a good hot breakfast buffet and an evening meal as well. My only small suggestion for this particular Drury Inn would be for them to shampoo the carpets - there was nothing visibly left on the carpet but it looked as if it was time to be shampooed. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.
Great hotel...very clean (new). Our room was the first room off the elevator, so we were nervous about noise, but it was VERY quiet. The breakfast was expansive and delicious. The popcorn and soda throughout the day was very nice, and we were there for one of the evening dinners (BBQ sliders and hot dogs, with veggies, potatoes, soup, nachos, salad, etc.)
The pool and hot tub were both clean and nice...never too crowded. The staff were amazing! All staff were very polite and helpful!
We were in town for a quick family visit...but there was also a Steeler's game that day...so it was a bit busy (and loud) in the front lobby...but nothing disruptive or bad. (I felt the prices were a bit on the high side...almost $600 for two nights...kind of steep for a traditional 2 queen room!) BUT...it was a very pleasant stay.
