My husband and I stayed here for two nights while in Pittsburgh doing several different activities including a Pirates game and Dead and Company concert. We were able to check in early and given passes for free/$1 drinks and the 5:30 kickback meal. The first night we took advantage of that and really enjoyed it! No other hotel that we have stayed at has had anything like that in the evening in Pittsburgh. The room was your basic hotel room, but it was decent and clean. The bed was a little hard, but I complain about every hotel bed. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely polite and courteous. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings and used the pool and hot tub. Everything here was excellent and we will be returning when we stay in Pittsburgh again!

Booked this hotel for trip for my granddaughter to see Taylor Swift. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Most of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued. Ran into one front desk clerk that needs a lesson in manors but other than her they were all super nice. We were a party of 2 women and 3 small children yet we always felt very safe.
