Stayed 8/17/19, room wasn't ready so I had to change for a wedding in hotel bathroom & touch up my hair in the glass of a lobby picture; ended up being late for wedding; had to check-in after wedding, so now we were late for the reception; next morning, continental breakfast was pretty sparse, could see items while standing in line, but they were out once we got there; waited 15 minutes & most items weren't replenished, so we had to end up going out elsewhere; I received an email back from Mr. Artuso of Guest Relations who only offered an apology; when I asked about 100% satisfaction guarantee & some sort of compensation, he never bothered to answer me back; my wedding experience was ruined!
