Eddie V's is simply amazing! There is no other restaurant in Pittsburgh like it. The decor was stunning, the jazz music was fun, yet relaxing, and most importantly the food was out of this world! The staff was very friendly and attentive! Easily the best restaurant in Pittsburgh!

I came here because of their amazing crab cake but was utterly disappointed. I was on my last bite of my crab cake when my wine arrived. The crab cake came only warm, wish it was better but hey I'm honest! I might try again sometime but with so many great choices in downtown Pittsburgh I doubt it.

Heard about the new opening the other day. Only in pittsburgh for a couple more days and wanted to check it out.
First do not miss the renovation of the union trust building in Pittsburgh. The lobby is eclectic and over the top. The transformation of old architecture to modern decor is something else. The restaurant was just as cool. I had a hard time getting past the design and "yummy" fabrics that were incorporated. The bar was very comfortable for eating at . Nice happy hour. Pricing of wines were good for happy hour.
We had most appetizers but everything was delicious. Portions could have been a little bigger, but the taste of everything was spot on. A must see if you know Pittsburgh and it's architecture and a great atmosphere for dinner or drinks. A place to be seen: Franco Harris just happened to be there. Don't miss it!
