If only I could have given a zero.

The rooms are absolutely filthy and we were even given a second room because the first room had stains on the beds and carpets. The bathroom floor was obviously never cleaned for our feet stick to it. Second room we were moved to smelled of cigarettes. We immediately checked out and when asked to refund my Hilton points they told me I had to wait 72-hours for them to be refunded. We had to go to another hotel whereas we could not use any point at other Hilton’s in the area.

There was a number of issues with this hotel. Parking was not clearly marked or expectations set. No dining was made available at the hotel. The room was not clean thoroughly. Temperature gauges were not operational. Room was stuffy and very unpleasant. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom faucet was leaky and made noise all night. The hallway smelled of illegal drugs.

Nice hotel, seemed clean and service was very helpful. We had a slight issue with a noisy thermostat but issue was resolved without too much stress. Pool was large enough to space out and feel comfortable.

This location was able to accommodate me on a short notice and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable when looking for food places and things to do. Great customer service!!

I really liked this hotel. It’s a little older but clean and comfortable. My suite was huge with a ton of closet space. I do feel like the bathroom could have been bigger. The staff from the parking attendant to the desk staff was super nice. I was disappointed that their restaurant was still closed but I believe it is opening up next week. But Patty at the desk was super nice, walked me outside and pointed me in the direction to several restaurants. Market Square is about a 10-12 min. Walk. I plan on staying again.

When booking a reservation, we let them know that there will be three people in the room. But when we went to pull out the bed, there was no sheets or blankets or pillows. We check the closets to and then saw there was only two towels. Rooms need to be upgraded as they look very worn.
