Great for a staycation get away

Nice hotel, seemed clean and service was very helpful. We had a slight issue with a noisy thermostat but issue was resolved without too much stress. Pool was large enough to space out and feel comfortable.

This location was able to accommodate me on a short notice and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable when looking for food places and things to do. Great customer service!!

I really liked this hotel. It’s a little older but clean and comfortable. My suite was huge with a ton of closet space. I do feel like the bathroom could have been bigger. The staff from the parking attendant to the desk staff was super nice. I was disappointed that their restaurant was still closed but I believe it is opening up next week. But Patty at the desk was super nice, walked me outside and pointed me in the direction to several restaurants. Market Square is about a 10-12 min. Walk. I plan on staying again.

When booking a reservation, we let them know that there will be three people in the room. But when we went to pull out the bed, there was no sheets or blankets or pillows. We check the closets to and then saw there was only two towels. Rooms need to be upgraded as they look very worn.

It’s one of the worst stays I’ve had in years. The beds were hard. We had to take baths instead of showers bc the metal piece for the shower was stuck. We called the front desk to fix it but by the time maintenance came we had already had to take baths or wed be late for our appt. There was a team visiting and they ran the halls all hours of the night. Security really failed there. Valet was nice and efficient. That was the best part of the whole stay. Also.. we used the pool the first evening and it was very nice and clean which was also a great amenity.

Over all stay, the staff was 100%. The view we had on the 15th floor was spectacular. My children absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable! Had a drink or two. Sometimes mama needs a good night too!
