We were charge for a night we did not stay. I originally booked two days, Friday night and Saturday night, however, early Saturday morning our group realized we did not need to stay an extra night. We contacted the front desk, and both associates told us if we left then we would not be charged for Saturday night. They told us over the phone and in person when we arrived to collect our belongings. A few days later, I see a charge that was manually keyed for Saturday night. I tried calling multiple times, they claim they cannot refund it, but will give points to my Hilton honors account, which never happened. I continue to try to contact the manager, and somehow she is always sick, in a meeting, or busy. I disputed the charge as it is a false charge, and they need to hold their word.
