DO NOT GO IN HOT TUB!!!!!! UNCLEAN!!!!! My sister and I stayed at this hotel on 3/2/24 and after going in the hot tub for less than 15 minutes we developed a rash/infection known as "hot tub folliculitis". My sister had to go to urgent care to receive treatment. We contacted hotel management immediately and they could not be bothered. Their lack of a sense of concern/urgency for customer well being is astonishing. Please choose a more sanitary hotel... I know we will.

I wanted to reach out about your most recent stay at our hotel. You mentioned developing a rash from using our jacuzzi, our pool and jacuzzi chlorine and ph levels are tested 3 times every day. Both the pool and jacuzzi were shocked Friday morning knowing the pool area is very popular on weekends. Our jacuzzi is drained, cleaned and refilled every Monday.
We use a 3rd party company to test for bacteria which is required by state and county law and the water was tested on Friday 3/1/2024 and Monday 3/4/2024 and those results were negative. If you like I can send you those results. Its also recommended to use a jacuzzi for 30 minutes or less and to shower after and I wonder if you and some of your party had a reaction to chlorine or other pool chemicals. I thank you for your review and I apologize to you and people in your group that you experienced a reaction from the hot tub.

Quiet, clean, close to everything we needed.
Breakfast had fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs, bacon, bagels, scones, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee, cocoa, friendly staff.
When the front desk clerk heard we were third, he gave us water bottles. It was nice after our long drive.
Very clean, better that average breakfast, scrambled eggs bacon or sausage plus all the usual's. Good amenities, Good wifi and cable. Bedding comfortable. Didn't use pool or exercise room. Check in and out was easy.
Dirtiest carpet I have ever seen. Not sure how this hotel is open and renting out these rooms with the current condition. Stay away room 213 floor is awful, air conditioner rattles, room 211 we moved from because the sound was so bad from the ac unit and stains everywhere. Got in too late to try to look for another hotel-this place needs to shut down for a few months and re do the floors and ac units. Does NOT live up to any Hilton standard at all. Hot tub was inoperable during entire weekend. Waffle machines broken and not available for breakfast. Coffee and tea machines were not kept full or hot. Maybe needs new management?
First stay for a couple one night 12/10/22. Hotel was clean, welcoming, included free breakfast, and indoor pool and hot tub and a spacious room with a comfortable bed. Staff professional. Located right off the main drag very assessable to lots of things. I highly recommend the Hotel.
