Thank you for taking the time out to share your experience. I apologize that you experienced some problems during your stay. As frontline hospitality workers we are very sensitive to adhering to all the COVID protocols, but you are right it is difficult to make sure that as soon as individuals are out of eye sight they don't remove their masks we have multiple signs about the requirement of wearing a mask, we also have many hand sanitizer stations and PPE kits available for all guests.
I'm also so sorry that you walked into a room that we were in the middle of sanitizing the room including air handling system, that should have never occurred, but I'm glad that you got a new room immediately. I would like to assure you that your comments have been shared with the staff in order to improve upon the quality of each guests' stay and prevent similar situations from happening in the future. We value you as a guest, and we do want you to know that your concerns are our concerns.
