We are devout Skylight goers, as the place is nice cosy clean and comfortable, service is excellent, the food first class and prices logical.

We had lunch at the Skylight and yet again, they lived up to and enhanced their reputation. The food was very nice, big in quantity, well presented and followed by a variety of sweets and fruit – all included in the price.

And a word of caution! Given Skylight’s reputation, one is well advised to book one’s table several days in advance to avoid disappointment; booking a table is a simple and hassle-free process.

We look forward to revisiting Skylight!

Where do I begin?! What a fantastic restaurant. The service is brilliant and the setting is perfect! A traditional Cypriot tavern with lots of character and history. We had the meze and it was the best we have had on the island. I was very hesitant about eating the snails, and after a lot of persuasion I had one and kept going back for more! They were delicious. All the dishes were lovely although the portions were rather large! Make sure you dont eat too much of the bread at the start to make room for everything else.

The halloumi deserves its own paragraph, what a treat! Anyone visiting this resturaunts must try their famous halloumi. It is to die for!

This taverna was recommended to us by a number of people and I had actually been previously 6 years ago and remembered having a superb meal there.
Luckily the food was still as fantastic as I remembered and expectations were more than met by the various members of our group who hadn't been before. We had booked a table (recommended) and shared the meze between 3 of us and ordered a fantastic lamb main as well. The absolute highlight has to be the halloumi which they are famous for (and even better than I remembered) however all dishes were fabulous.The staff were all fantastic , our waiter in particular was so great with our 3 year old son, who was totally enthralled by him. 100% recommend you make the visit here, it was about 10 min drive from Kapparais where we were staying and easily found on google maps.
We also were recommened a fantastic local wone called by Vlassides winery (about 15 euro a bottle) it was delicious.

We visited the Mousikas early Saturday evening. We had booked a table prior to our visit following reading previous reviews on trip advisor. The setting of the taverna is beautiful. The service was good and the quality of the food was exceptional. Our group had the lamb kleftiko, swordfish, grilled chicken breast and the mini meze. All of us had the homemade Halloumi...delicious...
Followed by complimentary grapes and melon.
The restaurant was extremely busy as we left. I would highly recommend here and hope to return one day.

Ordered meze for 2 people and shared it between 4 people. The portion sizes are huge and include dessert. Lots of vegetarian (not vegan) options too with the meze. We are Cypriot and found the food to be of excellent quality. The restaurant was completely full but the food still came out on time and hot, and they didn’t forget anything. The bread in particular was served hot as a full loaf. The lamb kleftiko was excellent. The outside atmosphere is great under the vine with Greek music playing.
