I took my wife for a surprise vacation and the room was absolutely amazing! We had our own pool, our own jacuzzi bath tub, etc. It was awesome that the dining experience was included however the food was. It that good. I had to add salt to my rib eye and it was incredibly chewy. Then when we ordered from the spooners grill, I think it’s called, the pizza was very doughy and the mozzarella sticks were so hard, we got them in time frame they requested so I’m not why they were so hard. But if you bring your own food, you’ll LOVE the rest of the experience

Absolutely the best time we have had yet. We have stayed at all 3 resorts and I must say paradise stream is usually are go to. But we choose pocono palace because of the snowmobiling. The cxo's there are awesome. We had so much fun playing music trivia and bingo. Won a free night stay. The resort is gorgeous and the room was awesome. Food was excellent.

My husband and I wanted to get away for a weekend and wanted something familiar. We have been to the Pocono Resorts a few times in the past (making us a part of the Forever Lovers program). Scheduling our weekend was super easy and anyone we spoke to was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We stayed in a Fantasy Apple suite at the Pocono Palace and because of a snowstorm ended up extending our stay 2 extra days. We had read reviews about the rooms being outdated, and in a way, they are. But, for as cold as it was and as much snow as we got (nearly 3') the rooms were warm, comfortable and quite nice. The food was delicious! Absolutely everyone we came in contact with at the resort was so nice, professional and accommodating, We did not have a bad experience the entire time we were there. We will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our stay. The food was good. The room was romantic. We stayed in the Champagne Towers Suites and would again. LOVED our private pool. Friendly service. Close to Shawnee Mountains where we went tubing...super fun!!
