Front Desk and Manager staff are stellar in every way friendly courteous and willing to work with you through any problems with your stay. However If your staying a week or more your rolling the dice on weather or not You will get maid service and weather or not That maid will properly clean your room If at all. I know having 24 years in management good help is hard to find and this is something that the management staff is working diligently to resolve this matter. Until then I highly recommend this location as long as your staying less than a week

    Covid19 and Cleaness

    This is the second time I've stayed at this place when going to Exton and get the same experience. The room was dirty. My kids walking on the carpet floor with their white socks or barefoot and they will be black like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The sofabed could not be used because previous guest left their clothes and you could see that it wasn't clean. Front desk staff was friendly but the room for a second time gave me the impression that they have a big problem with hygiene, especially now during covid19 times.

    Room tip: Bring your own cleaning material and blanquest.

    Great place!

    Great customer service, clean rooms. All the people at front desk are kind and courteous. I enjoyed my stay. I liked that they even had a grill I could use. I would suggest getting a new one tho, for it was kinda on last leg. But it definitely did the job and I very much appreciated it.

    Best value in all of PA...

    Literally the cheapest in the area, yet offers just as much if not more than the others. Definitely exceeded expectations, so much so that it's my go-to spot. Friendly staff and nice sized rooms. Can't beat the price.

    I love this place . I’ve been staying here for 2 months now and love it. Front desk service is friendly and welcoming . And makes this place feel very safe during this lockdown .... THANK YOU GUYS

    Very Professional and Friendly Staff

    Stella and Sharito are the best. They are very professional and go out of the way to make sure that your stay here is pleasant. Hotel staff is always helpful and the team has a common goal to make sure that every guest is comfortable and feels at home. I highly recommend ESA.
