I fully realize the difficulties the hospitality industry is having during Covid. Despite this I thought they did a good job keeping things safe. Bed very comfortable, shower excellent. All staff masked, I thought more guests would use a mask than I saw in the shared areas within the facility.

We stayed here for one night because my son had a lacrosse event nearby. The hotel is in a great location - lots of food options and a Target is nearby, too. I had problems finding a good room on the app so I called the front desk and they moved us to a good location. The hotel put the people with yappy dogs by the elevator, so we just made sure to get a room far away. The room was big - my son needed to study, so it was nice to have the large living area/kitchen. There were chunks of drywall missing from the walls in the living area and bathroom - not sure why the hotel hasn’t taken care to fix it. Maybe it was just our room (433) vs. an overall problem? The room was quiet and we couldn’t hear anyone. Breakfast was great - cheesy scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, etc. The breakfast staff was super kind and even filled my son’s gallon jug with ice on our way out the door. We would definitely stay here again!

A/C was broken and was told (I could have a fan). Room was not clean, have to spend 7 days to have room cleaning, dead mouse in hotel elevator, door handles ripped off interior doors and shower ledge was ripped off. Disgusting hotel.

Fantastic staff helped as much as possible. Hotel rooms are a bit out dated. Elevators were outdated but fast very clean and staff truly helped as much as possible. Pool was closed so not sure how the pool is.

Gross. Wouldn’t go back even if I was paid to. This place is nothing like the pictures. Rooms are smelly, not clean at all. Was given one towel when there’s two people on reservation. Lightbulbs out upon arrival. No Mirrors other than bathroom sink. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Crumbs everywhere. Stains all over furniture. This place should be shut down.
