the room design is not the best..... it may look nice but doesn't function well for a family. the bathroom being right across from the beds with an opaque glass door and no lock doesn't work well when anyone is attempting to sleep. the bathroom sink is not kid friendly... being that it is very high. there is 1 hook in the bathroom. there is 1 draw under the t.v. the choice of kids programming is very limited. the hot tub was not so hot.

This hotel was clean and so close to Sesame which was perfect for a 2 year old! The room had both a microwave and fridge! The bathroom was pretty but not convenient for a family. Bring a stool for the kids so they can brush their teeth. Breakfast and was your typical continental hotel breakfast. Nothing special. They were actually out of almost everything when we came down at 9AM. There were no seating left and the kitchen staff couldn't keep up with the demands. Overall we would stay here again due to its convenience to Sesame Place.

The most convenient hotel to Sesame Place...without question! Easy walk across the street to get to the park entrance. Plenty of parking. Hotel was easy to find. Front deck staff was very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was crowded. Indoor pool is small. Hotel has a modern look and was clean and well kept. It may be a little more expensive than other hotels nearby, but add in the convenience factor and the price is very fair. I would stay again and I would recommend to anyone visiting Sesame Place.

One word of caution. Some rooms do not have bathtubs, only showers. If you have small children that only take baths, make sure you ask for a room with a tub/shower combo.

Room tip: Upper floor away from elevator for quiet rooms.

Some friends and I stayed at the Springhill Suites this weekend and had a pretty good time. The room was reasonably sized with a decent bathroom. Was a mid ranged hotel, nothing incredibly fancy but everyone seemed very nice. The continental breakfast in the morning was very good. Overall we had a pretty enjoyable time!
