I made a complaint about filthy sheets see pictures they are gross. I received a partial bedding replacement and the front office manager Kristen was very rude. Not long later while I’m in my room strangers opened my door because they were given my room when they checked in. I made a corporate complaint and it was routed back to Kristen and they began emailing me after 10pm telling me if I leave now I won’t be charged but I must leave now. I was in bed trying to sleep. Don’t stay here.

This was a onvenient location for everything to do downtown. The views from our 10th floor room was great. The rooms were clean enough and good enough for a decent night's sleep. They are updated in a sort of modern minimalist style, but not luxurious by any means. There is an in room coffeemaker and fridge but no coffee,cream or sugar and no microwave. The only source of coffee in the lobby was a Starbucks that didn't open until 7AM. The pool was closed for renovations so we really didn't spend much time at the hotel. The lobby was a comfortable place for our small group of five to gather. Parking was conveniently located right next to the hotel. There is a daily charge for parking, so be prepared for that. If you want to roll out of bed and walk all of downtown Lancaster or go clubbing and not drive, this is a great spot to be. If you want to explore the farmland of Lancaster County, this is not the hotel you are looking for.

All of the staff was wonderful from the gentleman that greeted us at the door to the front desk staff and especially the breakfast staff. We had a great stay. Things are not back to pre-Covid but we are getting there. If you have a question just ask and the staff is glad to help. I was concerned when others mentioned the parking garage a block away. It is actually attached to the hotel and there is easy access in and out.

It's 11pm. We are here for a dance competition and unfortunately arrived later than we had planned due to weather. Put in a room on the corner from a night club across the street. Music is blaring so loudly. People screaming on the street. $250 wasted. So disappointed. I just can't even.

The room was excellent and had a great view. The room was clean, comfortable and the updates were attractive. The public areas were clean and well appointed. One of the few downsides was the inefficiency at check in where there were large groups of wedding attendees checking in at the same time that we arrived. Parking for the hotel is in a city garage adjacent to the hotel that is currently going through some renovations.

Room tip: Request a corner room overlooking the Lancaster center square. However, note that there may be more street noise than other rooms.
