Great hotel, but non- smiling staff. Love the brand and the comfort provided and would have given a higher rating if it was not for the staff at check in. The staff was rude and did not make us feel welcome and made us feel like we should have stayed somewhere else.

We’ve stayed at Hampton Inn Lancaster a few times the last couple of years. It’s always a great choice. Staff is always friendly and professional. Rooms are always clean. Coffee/tea is available whenever you want it. Breakfast is always pleasant and there’s something for everyone, whether it’s a hot meal or coffee and a muffin.

This is such a clean nice hotel.it has a good size outdoor pool and chairs to relax in.The breakfast is very good.The room service is great and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.The lobby is a nice size with a tv to relax.It always was an enjoyable stay....

Hampton is so consistently excellent that it's easy to take them for granted. You can take Hampton Inn to the bank and rest assured your room will be clean, beds and towels just right and service first-rate. My family of 8 (including 2 kids ages 7 and (almost) 4 came to Lancaster on vacation. We had adjoining rooms which worked out perfectly for us. The location is central to the area to the east (outlets, Dutch Wonderland, Amish Farm, etc), and Lancaster city (Central Market, Science Factory and lots of eateries). The breakfast was good and the highlight of my 7 year old grand son's vacation was making his own waffle every morning. The staff was excellent including the front desk and Tiffany, in housekeeping, was helpful and pleasant at all times. She definitely went above and beyond in providing helpful information when we asked her for suggestions. As usual, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We are a Hampton family and this hotel lived up to the high standards we have come to expect of this brand.

We stayed at Hampton Inn Lancaster for two nights during our trip while visiting the Dutch Country, and it was simply a great stay.

We chose our room with Hilton APP, and we went to the front desk to check-in and get our key. The receptionist made it quick, and I have to say that she was very kind, friendly, with a smile, and she asked me as well if I needed some information of the area or maybe later once we had left our luggage. Really professional and very nice.

After, in the evening, we asked to another receptionist about a place for dinner, and we were perfectly recommended.

Check-out process was with a different member of the staff, but with the same kindness and professionalism.

So, the staff in this hotel is a highligh to remark.

About facilities, this hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, very well decorated, with wide rooms and comfortable beds, and extremely clean.

They offer a swimming pool (exterior) that is open until 10PM.

The only 'con' I would say is about soundproofing, could be better, and with a safety box in the room it would be perfect.

However, I think this is one of the best options when staying in Lancaster, because of the facilities, location, and especially, the staff.
