I think this hotel has thinner walls than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Unbelievably loud. The common areas are well done. The rooms, not so much. Hard to understand how this is considered a four star hotel. I swear it’s like the people in the room next door are sitting next to me.

My family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights to visit extended family. The gentleman who checked us in was great, but that’s where the positives end. Our room was positively filthy and did not appear to have been cleaned in quite some time based on the amount of dust on the tables and lampshades. The bathroom was deplorable, with hairballs all over. We will not be staying here again.

A relaxing and prestigious hotel for our vacation! The pool was so refreshing, ambience was great and the food was wonderful. We will come here again definitely. This was a much-needed vacation for me and my family.

I stayed at this hotel several times for work and have recommended it to others. The rooms were modern, clean & quiet. The folks at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful every stay. I really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and ate there several times even though I had a car & could’ve ventured out. My favorites there were the Brussel sprouts side and the chicken chili. The two bartenders were working hard to keep up with food and drink orders and were friendly. The coffee shop could be hit or miss on service. There was only one person working it in the mornings, and lines could be long. There’s a self checkout option for grab and go items, which is helpful unless you want hot coffee. But, overall I would stay here again.

Overall, the room was adequate but the little details matter at this price. Most of the issues had to do with the bathroom. There was mold on the shower door, very poor water pressure, and the floor was dirty near the shower. There were not enough towels for the two of us and, as Honors members, we were told there would be two bottles of water in the room. There was only one. We did call the front desk and had towels and water sent to us but again, at this price point, we shouldn't have had to do that. Very disappointing.
