I will start by saying the hotel and room were very clean. Cleanliness in places like this is important at this time and I was happy to see this hotel takes it very seriously. The staff member at check in was very friendly. The website mentions the pool being closed temporarily, however it was open for use.

If you plan on visiting the KoP Mall or other nearby attractions, this hotel is located in very close proximity.

Just stayed here for the second time. It was even better than the first time two years ago. The renovations turned out really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I appreciated being allowed to check in early. They even accommodated me when I needed to checkout a day earlier than planned. Didn't get to use the pool (I'm not a swimmer}. The only complaint is they no longer have clock radios in the room. I'd rather listen to the radio than stream music on mu phone.

The lobby and some other common areas were updated last year including name but rooms are still dated. The mini refrigerator had ice build up and wasn’t cooling. I’m a diamond member but wasn’t greeted or treated like one. This would be my last stay in this hotel.

my first experience was fabulous, which prompted me to return a second time. My first room was awful and requested another, The second was better however the air did not work and I was up the entire night listening to the air come on abruptly for 5 min the go off abruptly for the next ten This continued all night as I remained awake. The next am another room was given to me which was much nicer and the air worked!! However, i missed my scheduled meeting as I had not slept all night and needed some rest. Checking out ,the girl at the desk was just lovely but was unable to assist me in my request to pay for my room in cash as she explained she was the housekeeper and not familiar with the method. I left not completing what I had wanted.. I had requested an upgrade however it was not honored even though on line the room I had requested was available. The staff was very nice and the hotel for the most part extremely clean I just did not have the great experience I did the first time, and was very disappointed......I was hoping for some type of refund for the first nights nighhtmare however none was offered ....moving to three rooms in a day is not relaxing and does not start off a time away very well..... .set the tome for the entire trip to say the least.....

Room tip: some of the floors are very dark and musty

I was given a room (547) with a broken shower head which leaked behind the wall. When I tried to take a shower, water must have leaked into the room below. The janitor then came to my room knock once and just barged in. He took a quick look and left, no apologies. I was unable to shower that night because I had a late check in. Still no apology or explanations nothing.

I slept here one night, spent a total of one waking hour at this hotel, it seemed clean enough, and nobody was openly rude, I literally have no other comment about this hotel. To recap, I have absolutely zero opinion, it was fine
