could be better no hot water on the 2nd floor and staff was nasty. People smoking pot on my floor and only one elevator working spent 237.00 dollars and got this won't be back to this hotel

Generally OK experience. There was 1 working elevator. Staff did not monitor the floors and allowed guests to leave soiled diaper trash in the hallway for almost 24 hours.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are disappointed to hear about the trash left in the hallway, especially when our team wasn't informed so that we could address it promptly. While we are a limited-service hotel, we still strive to maintain cleanliness and appreciate when guests alert us to such issues.
Regarding the elevator, we are actively working on repairs. Unfortunately, the process has been delayed due to the extended time required to receive the necessary parts. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we resolve this matter.

I would like to clarify that there were no issues with hot water in any rooms or on any floors during the time of your stay. If there were specific concerns, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them immediately.
It is unfortunate that some guests did not adhere to our strict non-smoking policy. We strive to maintain a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we wish we had been made aware of this issue as it was occurring so that we could have taken appropriate action, including evicting the guests responsible.
Additionally, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by only having one working elevator during your visit. We understand how this can impact your stay and are actively working to ensure all amenities function optimally.

First, it’s very confusing that the Hyatt house and Hyatt place are blocks from one another. Hyatt House is much nicer and newer. Hyatt Place is old and gross. Cigarette burn hole in couch. Carpet dirty and stained. Had to place towels on the floor to walk to feel clean. Sheets seemed old; not soft. This would be on par with a bad Best Western.

Please do not stay here- worst hotel and experience known. Nasty, outdated, items inoperative. Staff unprofessional and not as welcoming.
